The dispatch of products will occur through PostNL or DHL. As soon as the products are sent, you are informed thereof by e-mail. This e-mail includes a ‘track and trace code’.
If you are not home when the order gets delivered, PostNL or DHL will try to deliver the order the following day. If PostNL or DHL is not able to deliver the order for the second time, you will receive a note from PostNL or DHL. With this note, you can pick up the order at the nearest post office.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Shoebashop until the moment of delivery, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4,99. For delivery outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs depend on the selected country. The amount of these costs will be displayed when placing your order. If your country is not on our shipping list, please contact our Customer Care team at Info@shoebashop.com.
Pick up appointment
If you have chosen the option “Pick up appointment”, no shipping costs will be charged. In the next two days, your item will be ready for collection in the store in question upon presentation of the order confirmation. The exchange and return conditions of our physical stores apply since you can try on your purchase in the store.
VAT
All prices shown on www.shoebashop.com include 21% Dutch VAT.
Please note: All orders shipped outside of Europe are subject to import fees. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Verzending
Verzending binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen
Shoebashop streeft ernaar de producten binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen na bevestiging van de bestelling te verzenden, maar garandeert dat de bestelling uiterlijk binnen 7 dagen wordt verzonden, tenzij een langere periode is overeengekomen.
De verzending van producten vindt plaats via PostNL of DHL. Zodra de producten zijn verzonden, word je hiervan per e-mail op de hoogte gebracht. Deze e-mail bevat een ‘track & trace-code’.
Als je niet thuis bent wanneer de bestelling wordt afgeleverd, probeert PostNL of DHL de bestelling de volgende dag af te leveren. Als PostNL of DHL de bestelling voor de tweede keer niet kan leveren, ontvang je een kaartje van PostNL of DHL. Met dit kaartje kan je de bestelling ophalen bij het dichtstbijzijnde afgiftepunt.
Het risico van beschadiging en/of verlies van producten berust bij Shoebashop tot het moment van bezorging, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders is overeengekomen.
Verzendkosten
De verzendkosten binnen Nederland bedragen €6,95. Voor bezorging buiten Nederland zijn de verzendkosten afhankelijk van het geselecteerde land. Het bedrag van deze kosten wordt weergegeven bij het plaatsen van de bestelling. Staat je land niet op onze verzendlijst, neem dan contact op met onze Customer Care via Info@shoebashop.com
Pick up afspraak
Indien je voor de optie “pick up appointment” hebt gekozen, worden er geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht. Je artikel staat de komende twee dagen voor je klaar in de desbetreffende winkel om afgehaald te worden op vertoon van de orderbevestiging. Omdat je jouw aankoop in de winkel kan bekijken en passen, zijn de ruil- en retourvoorwaarden van onze fysieke winkels van toepassing.
BTW
Alle prijzen op www.shoebashop.com zijn inclusief 21% Nederlandse BTW.
Let op: Alle bestellingen die buiten Europa worden verzonden, zijn onderhevig aan importkosten. De ontvanger is aansprakelijk voor alle invoerrechten, douane en lokale verkoopbelastingen die worden geheven door het land waarnaar je verzendt. Betaling hiervan is noodzakelijk om je bestelling bij aankomst vrij te geven bij de douane.
